About

Nature Lover, Educator and Gardener

Little bluets native plants is my effort to share the importance, the wonder and the beauty of native gardening and the amazing wildlife it provides habitat for.

I have been native gardening in North Carolina for over 20 years and I'm always amazed at the numbers of birds, pollinators, lizards and other wildlife who call my gardens home. I am so grateful that I get to share my small space on this earth with these extraordinary creatures.

Why bluets?
Simply because I love them.

There is something so sweet and magical about finding a patch of bluets, whether that's in an unmowed grassy spot in my neighborhood or near the waterfalls in the NC mountains
